We rent furnished rooms on Soi Nern Plab Wan (aka Soi Sukhumvit-Pattaya 53), east of the railway.
The furnished rooms are in an apartment block called Verdant Apartments on Soi Nern Plab Wan and are from 32 to 48 square meters. The monthly rents are:
- ฿5,500 - large room with air-con, kitchen, fridge and cable TV
- ฿4,500 - standard room with air-con, kitchen, fridge and cable TV
The daily room rate is B500. WiFi available for just B500 per month. We also rent motorbikes starting at B4,000 per month including insurance.
We also rent furnished 2-bedroom townhouses, furnished condominiums , unfurnished rooms and a furnished 3-bedroom villa nearby.Verdant Apartments (Point B on the map below) is east of Sukhumvit at Central Pattaya Road (Pattaya Klang), 3.6km (2.2miles) to the beach (Point A).

The rooms in Verdant are air-conditioned and fully furnished with housekeeping and laundry service as optional extras. The bottled-gas stoves have two rings and extractor fans. Cable TV in all rooms.
Verdant Apartments is equipped with a central water filtration vending unit so you don't have to bring in bottled water plus you save money over convenience store prices. It also has a fresh water well to cover times when the municipal supply dries up.
